Our branding services:
Strong, profitable brands are more than a logo—successful branding is rooted in strategy. Color, typography, patterns, elements, and marks work together to build recognition and create meaningful connection. While project scopes may vary, strategy remains central to every decision, ensuring each brand is designed with intention, clarity, and long-term impact in mind.
STEP ONE: INITAL QUESTIONNAIRE
Each and every project begins with a detailed questionnaire. Clients are encouraged to share as much information as possible, forming the foundation for thoughtful review, follow-up questions, and independent research.
From there, focus shifts to understanding what will resonate with the target audience, exploring potential visual directions, and moving naturally into the design process.
STEP TWO: VISUAL BRANDING PROCESS
Branding centers on a holistic process, with each brand developed as a complete system rather than a collection of individual assets. During this phase, one to two fully realized brand concepts are developed—each rooted in research and designed to connect with the target audience.
Each concept includes cohesive logo variations, color palettes, typography pairings, usage guidelines, and supporting brand elements such as patterns, button styles, and imagery. In-use examples are included to illustrate how the brand functions in practice and to bring the overall vision to life.
This phase represents the most in-depth portion of the process, focused on research, exploration, and thoughtful concept development.

STEP THREE: REFINEMENT
Once the brand concept(s) have been presented, space is given for thoughtful review and consideration. After an initial in-house review, feedback is discussed collaboratively, allowing preferences and insights to surface. From there, a clear direction is confirmed and refined, with agreed-upon adjustments thoughtfully implemented.
A refined presentation is then shared for a second review. In many cases, this stage brings the brand to finalization, supported by the depth of the earlier research and concept development. Additional rounds of refinement may be incorporated as needed, in accordance with the agreement.

STEP FOUR: FILE PREPARATION + PHASE 2
Once brand guidelines are finalized, high-quality logo files are prepared in a range of formats for flexibility and long-term use. This typically includes transparent PNGs, high-resolution JPGs, vector EPS files, and the original logo source file, all organized within a clearly structured folder. Finalized brand guidelines are included, along with support to help clarify how and when each file type should be used.
From there, the project may conclude if the scope is branding-only, or continue into the next phase. This can include website design, stationery, signage, marketing collateral, or other brand applications. The focus shifts to extending the brand across key touchpoints—ensuring consistency, clarity, and a cohesive presence wherever the brand appears.
