CLIENT OVERVIEW
Marina Pacifica is a waterside shopping center offering a variety of unique dining, entertainment, fitness, and everyday essentials.
The shopping center has been a staple of the Long Beach community for over 30 years. Located centrally on Pacific Coast Highway, Marina Pacifica offers a convenient location and beautiful waterside atmosphere. With new ownership and management taking over the center in recent years, it was time for modernization.
Beginning with a full foundational rebrand, we outline the shopping center's mission, brand pillars, brand story and personality, and brand experience and brand positioning. Translating this through modern, minimal visual brand identity, it was time to implement the new brand presence throughout each consumer touchpoint.
MARKETING OBJECTIVE:
To showcase the revitalization and transformation of Marina Pacifica as a result of new management by highlighting the modernization, rebranding efforts, and lively atmosphere at the center. By emphasizing the upgraded facilities, refreshed brand identity, and diverse retail and dining options, our overarching goal is to drive foot traffic, boost local engagement, and ultimately elevate the shopping center's reputation in the local community.


CHALLENGES
Before partnering with Ethos, Marina Pacifica faced several challenges:

Branding inconsistency: Outdated, inconsistent visual branding and lack of consistent tone of voice, resulting in lack of unity and community throughout the center

Limited Engagement: Social media platforms were not yielding significant engagement, making it difficult to connect with the target audience.
