Dwelling Construction, has a long-standing reputation for excellence in the construction industry. As they sought to elevate their branding to align with the high caliber of services they provide, we undertook a thoughtful rebranding initiative that honored their legacy while appealing to a discerning clientele.

We preserved key elements from the original logo to maintain a sense of continuity and heritage. Simultaneously, we modernized the design to resonate with ultra-luxury homeowners, realtors, and developers in the competitive Los Angeles market. The refreshed brand identity reflects sophistication and craftsmanship, effectively positioning Dwelling Construction as a premier choice for high-end construction projects.

The result is a refined brand that encapsulates the company’s history while showcasing its commitment to luxury and excellence.

THE LOGO

The Dwelling Construction brand mark is comprised of the same foundational shapes as that of the original Dwelling mark including the outer square with inclusion of the D and C letters, creating a geometric mark that carries the legacy of how Dwelling has come to be, while elevating to a better resonate with the luxury nature of the business, communicate the synergy of both the build and design approach. A clean, all-caps typeface has been implemented conveying the experience, innovation, and quality of services provided.
