As a mainstay of Long Beach dining, entertainment, and shopping, Marina Pacifica is a centrally located, waterfront promenade with an array of storefronts.
With branding pieced together in the mid 90's, Marina Pacifica was lacking a strong and modern visual identity to properly represent its unique appeal and offerings.
We dove into brand identity development, laying a strong foundation to build visual guidelines that will withstand the test of time and represent Marina Pacifica in a fitting light: inspired by the laidback lifestyle of Southern California, where casual meets refined, Marina Pacifica has a visual identity that finds balance between purpose, professionalism, and approachability.
CREATIVE DIRECTION
Centered around the unique waterfront environment of Marina Pacifica, the brand mark takes a minimalist approach representative of the simplistic and simultaneously extraordinary nature of a coastal sunrise and sunset. The logo suite comes together with a minimalist coastal inspired color palette and bespoke rippled wave brand pattern, creating a unique and memorable visual identity.
